All prices are in American Dollars, which will be converted to Euro or Brazilian Reais. Postage and handling are additional.

We ship parcels from Italy once a week. Do not forget to mark SEND NOW when ordering if you want your parcel to be shipped immediately. WE ONLY SEND PARCELS IF THE ORDER IS FULLY PAID.
Please also provide your telephone number, as our carrier requires it.

All countries except Italy:

• Up to 1000 grams - USD 19.00
• From 1001 grams to 2000 grams - USD 30.00
• Each extra kilo add USD 5.00
• Italy up to 5 kilos - USD 15.00

Please note:

• Shipping and handling charges will be applied to the first invoice if shells are to remain reserved. If the weight exceeds the current category, the difference will be added to the next invoice.
• We hold parcels for a maximum of one month from the date of the first order. Discounts will also be applied under this policy: a 10% discount is available on orders over USD 100.00, provided all shells are ordered within a 30-day period.
• We cannot reserve shells if your payment method is not specified in your order or if any credit card information is incomplete, such as the expiration date, security code, or billing address.
• Invoices sent via PayPal must be paid within 48 hours; otherwise, the shells will be returned to our inventory.

Every purchase over USD 100.00 will receive a special discount of 10%, except for rare shells priced at USD 200.00 and over, special offers, or personalized offers.

• Credit card: Please send the card number, expiration date and security code by e-mail or phone. Parcels are sent with our next shipment.
• PayPal: Please wait for our invoice by e-mail and payment instructions.
  IMPORTANT: Do not send payments directly to our e-mail address, as we have several accounts and only one is used for payments.
• Wire transfer: Please ask for instructions. All fees must be included. Shells will be sent after confirmation from our bank.
• Please contact us before sending your payment. Do not send payment before we confirm your order.
• We DO NOT accept payments by Postal Money Order or Eurochecks.

If you are not satisfied with any item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items may be returned for a full refund, including the original standard shipping cost.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. If preferred, the customer may choose to receive the refund as credit towards future orders.
