Space Coast Seashell Festival 2007 - Melbourne,

On January 20 and 21, I participated
in the Space Coast Seashell Festival, a very nice shell show with
many beautiful displays. It was good to see some old friends and
meet new ones during the show, which was very well organized by
Jim and Bobbi Cordy and other members of the Astronaut Shell Club.
Melbourne is a beautiful place,
although I did not get to do much sightseeing due to time limitations.
My flight from Sao Paulo arrived in Miami on Friday morning and
the drive to Melbourne took about 3 hours. Several door prizes
were given to visitors who came specially for the show or simply
to admire great exhibits.
